Edradour 12 Year Old 1997 Sassicaia Cask Finish - Straight from the Ca Single Malt Whisky
50cl / 57.80% - This was distilled at the Edradour distillery on the 19th November 1997 and it was initially matured in a hogshead before it was re-racked on the 2nd May 2007 into a Sassicaia hogshead. It was finally bottled on the 25th January 2010 as an outturn of 392 bottles. Sassicaia is considered to be the Italian version of Bordeaux style reds.
