Adnams Copper House Dry Gin
70cl / 40.00% - This cracking gin from Adnams is distilled in a beer stripping column before being put through a handmade copper pot still. It is then purified in a rectifier, resulting in a very creamy and rich spirit, although at this point it isnt yet technically a gin. To complete the final stage, it is then infused with six botanicals including juniper, cardamom pod, sweet orange and hibiscus flowers. Adnams Copper House Gin is perfect for a Dirty Martini.
