Sheep Dip Amoroso Oloroso 1999 Blended Malt Whisky
70cl / 41.80% - Sheep Dip's delicious Oloroso Sherry Cask was specially created by Richard Paterson who aged it in bourbon hogsheads before having the whisky shipped to Spain to mature in Oloroso sherry casks for nine years. It hasn't spent all of its maturation in Scotland and thus, under SWA rules, can't technically be called a Scotch whisky. It is, however, very rich and full of flavour.
