The beans were grown on the Finca David Vilca estate in Bolinda at an altitude of 1570 - 1600m.Roasted on 31/8/12, brewed on 5/9/12 and distilled on 6/9/12, the higher acidic compounds that make fresh-roasted fresh-ground coffee totally different to regular ground coffee are preserved.
