This barmy distillate is made of Bourbon, N5 and Kent 425 beans grown at the Hope Project in Mbeya, Tanzania at an altitude of 1200-2000m.To keep all of those higher acidic compounds that make fresh-roasted fresh-ground coffee completely different to regular ground coffee, the beans are roasted, cold-macerated and cold-distilled in a matter of days. The beans were roasted on 10/9/12, brewed on 12/9/12 and distilled on 13/9/12. Those nut-cases at Batshit Mental sure do work fast.
