That's right - this is a cocktail that has been aged in a cask for 18 months. Despite that lengthy rest, it only takes two ticks to serve this exceptional cocktail. Pretty amazing to say the least, right?The Handmade Cocktail Company's 'Vintage Cocktails' are wonderfully simple to serve - simply pour over ice, stir and strain off into your glass and garnish appropriately (you're going to want a Maraschino cherry with this one). Each bottle carries a stamp showing its year of manufacture.
