Bottega Gold Prosecco Sparkling Wine

This DOC Prosecco is made entirely from glera grapes cultivated in the hilly area of the province of Treviso up to the slopes of Valdobbiadene near the Venetian Prealps. This region is characterised by its long, but not too cold winters, and summers that are hot, but not excessively so. Vines grow in a variety of soils in the slopey terrain, with varying exposures to weather and temperature ranges, allowing the development of a nuanced, characterful, aromatic profile layered with notes of orchard fruits and blossom, and delicate effervescence. This'll make a top aperitif and pair well with delicate starters like seafood, and ought to shine in cocktails too.
