PUNI NOVA Single Malt Whisky
70cl / 43.00% - Italian malt whisky from PUNI, whose distillery is housed inside a frankly awesome 13 metre red brick cube. Unlike other malt whiskies, barley isn't the only cereal used here, however, as malted rye and malted wheat are both also employed. NOVA is matured in American oak casks for around three years and rested in Limousin oak barriques for a couple of weeks before bottling.
