50cl / 49.10% - A marvellously impressive independently bottled single malt from the Darkness. range - this time distilled by Craggamore in the Speyside region. This 27 year old expression was allowed a finishing period in specially-coopered 50 litre fino sherry casks. It shows off an intriguing juxtaposition between the classically sweet sherried notes and the punchy salinity that you can find in good fino sherry. Just 100 bottles were produced.
