70cl / 62.30% - A 15 year old single malt from the Balvenie distillery, released as part of their second chapter of their DCS Compendium, honouring the many, many years that David Stewart has spent as Malt Master. The second chapter looks at "The Influence of Oak", and this whisky was aged in a Pedro Ximenez Sherry butt from April 2001 to August 2016. A release of 368 bottles.
