Ballechin 11 Year Old 2005 (cask 384) - Straight From The Cask Single Malt Whisky
50cl / 55.70% - An interesting expression here from the Edradour distillery - 11 year old peated single malt, aged in a Bordeaux wine cask. The juxtaposition between the smokiness and sweetness is rather fascinating indeed... This was distilled in December 2005 and bottled in March 2017 at cask strength with an outturn of 407 bottles.
