50cl / 55.60% - This heavily peated Ballechin 11 Year Old (cask 397) from Edradour was distilled in December 2005 and bottled in July 2017 at cask strength with an out-turn of 413 bottles. Made with the spirit of experimentation, this smoky single malt was matured in a Bordeaux cask and benefits from a small still that leads to an intimate and distinctive offering.
