70cl / 46.90% - From the lost Caledonian Distillery in Edinburgh, this 1982 vintage Lowland single grain Scotch whisky was housed in a single refill hogshead cask for a whole 35 years before Hunter Laing & Co. bottled it at 46.9% ABV in October 2017 for the superb Sovereign series. 154 bottles of natural colour and without chill-filtration have been released, so if you want a taste of a prime example of a Caledonian single grain while you still can - don't hesitate.
