This one was aged for 13 years and given a label showing off the five molecules that all peated whisky fans worship - Phenol, O-Cresol, M-Cresol, P-Cresol and Guaiacol. These five catchily-named molecules make up the phenolic compounds in peated whisky, making it smoky. Good job, molecules.Batch 6 is a release of 1,317 bottles.That Boutique-y Whisky Company bottles single malts, single grains and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends.
