70cl / 40.00% - This Brazilian rum (made from sugar cane honey) from the Santos Dumont selection is aged in a mixture of used Pedro Ximenez, Port and bourbon casks, so expect rich, mellow fruity flavours and Omar Sharif levels of smoothness. The rum takes its name from French-born aviation pioneer Henri Dumont who moved to Brazil and made a fortune in coffee. That's him on the label looking very dapper and smooth, though perhaps not as smooth as Omar Sharif.
