Nusa Cana Tropical Island White Rum
70cl / 37.50% - Some say that Indonesian rum was being crafted from sugar long before it was being made in the Carribean. Nusa Cana Rum was created to honour that forgotten spirit using a blend of island rums, predominately from Bali. These rums were distilled using local sugar cane molasses and forest-filtered water, which was fermented with red rice and distilled in Chinese pot stills. This spirit was then aged in hardwood created tasty and vibrant white rum.
