Garden Swift Gin (formerly known as Garden Tiger Gin - the distillers felt that after its big impact worldwide the gin's name deserve to evolve) is made with a meticulously pruned botanical recipe of 34 ingredients, including fresh Sicilian blood orange and flowers from Tillia cordata, a particular variety of small-leaved lime tree native to Britain. It's by no means a traditional gin (distiller Barney Wilczak had no interest in creating one of those), but it's definitively a modern classic.
