35cl / 25.00% - This limited edition 6 O'Clock 5 Year Old Sloe Gin was created by steeping 6 Oclock London Dry Gin in sloes for a total of five years, which is an extraordinarily long time for this process. The idea was for the spirit to be left so long it would start to oxidise, which would cause it to darken and lose all of its tartness to become more like a vintage tawny Port.
