70cl / 42.50% - A lip-smacking Old Tom Gin from Bullards, based in sunny Norwich. This was released around the time the brand got a handsome, subtly maritime-themed redesign. The recipe for the Old Tom Gin is rather interesting, as the distillers have used Norfolk honey as well as mango to add the traditional sweetness, which has been balanced by a hint of pink peppercorn.
