Helsinki Tyrnipontikka Spirit
50cl / 41.70% - The folks over at The Helsinki Distilling Co. have certainly been busy with this intriguing spirit. Tyrnipontikka is made from the pomace of sea buckthorn berries, left over from producing Tyrni-Gin Likoori, and this is fermented and distilled. It's wonderful as a digestif, or can be used to add a fruity element to cocktails.
