50cl / 20.00% - The fine folks at The English Distillery have done a rather wonderful thing here. Instead of purchasing empty ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry casks to mature their wonderful whiskies in, they decided to buy a few full ones. The sherry was blended with some of the distillery's single malt and left to rest further in the cask before bottling. The result is a superb sipper with rich, dessert wine characteristics.
