70cl / 40.20% - Single cask single malt from the highly-regarded Macallan Distillery, independently bottled by our very own hands. This whisky was distilled back in September 1989 and left to mature in a sherry barrel for 28 years, before we bottled it up in July 2018 for our Single Cask Series. No chill-filtration, no additional colours, just like the rest of our Single Cask Series.
