Diamond (Versailles Still) 14 Year Old (That Boutique-y Rum Company) Dark Rum
50cl / 55.60% - It's the third batch of rum from the Guyana's Diamond Distillery, produced using the wooden Versailles still. No matter how many times I hear the phrase 'wooden still', there continues to be a moment of pause in my brain where I have to stop have think, "Wait, how does that even work?." Eventually that passes and I accept that it does work - and it works very well, if this rum is anything to go by.
