70cl / 40.00% - From the ever wonderful Cooper King Distillery in Yorkshire comes a rather green expression - Herb Gin. It takes fresh basil, lemongrass and clove for a fragrant and herbaceous tipple. It's green in more ways than one - it's a carbon-negative gin. It's distilled with 100% renewable energy, and each bottle sees one square metre of woodland planted in the Yorkshire Dales, and the removal of 1kg more CO2e from the atmosphere than it emits by working with a verified offsetting scheme. As always with Cooper King bottlings, the packaging is really quite stunning, having been designed with local Yorkshire artist Emily Stubbs. Think green with this delicious gin, we'd suggest garnishing a G&T with a fresh basil leaf.
