The base brew is made up of only four ingredients: water, Japanese Sencha green tea, cane sugar and a starter culture called a SCOBY (which stands for symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast, to get sciencey). For this Hemp & Hop expression, the base brew has been infused with hemp tea, for an added grassy, earthy note.
