Sullivans Cove 17 Year Old American Oak Single Malt Whisky
70cl / 47.50% - This exceptional single malt comes to you all the way from Tasmania, double distilled by the wonderful Sullivans Cove. As you may have guessed from the name, it's aged in a single American oak cask which previously held bourbon. After 17 years have passed, the whisky is hand-bottled and labelled at the distillery, presented in an oak presentation box with a letter of authenticity signed by head distiller Patrick Maguire and production manager Heather Tillott. Very special stuff from those folks over in Australia.
