Still pretty in pink, this expression takes triple distilled vodka, cranberry and lime (so far, so normal) alongside strawberry and rhubarb. All you've got to do is shake over ice and strain, ideally in a Martini glass if you have one to hand. Garnish with a slice of lime if you're really feeling fancy.
