Edradour 18 Year Old 2000 - Barolo Cask Finish Single Malt Whisky
70cl / 56.50% - A cask-finished Edradour, what a treat. Distilled back in 2000, the Highlander was first aged in bourbon casks. Before it was bottled, it was transferred to casks which previously held Barolo wine for a 46 month finishing period. Finally, it was bottled at 18 years old at cask strength, 56.5% ABV. Lots of oak and fruity wine influence in this lovely single malt.
