Ballechin 12 Year Old 2007 (cask 173) - Straight From The Cask Single Malt Whisky
50cl / 57.80% - A cask strength Ballechin, which is another name for a heavily peated Edradour single malt. This one was distilled in April 2007 and left to mature in an Oloroso sherry cask for the next 12 years. In July 2019 the whisky was deemed ready, and so it was bottled for the Straight From The Cask series at 57.8% ABV. The 984 bottles were bottled without any colouring or the like, so all that brilliant colour (and flavour) comes... Straight from the cask.
