50cl / 26.50% - The Dundee Gin Co. has taken some inspiration from its home city and crafted Dundee Cake Gin Liqueur. A Dundee cake is a traditional Scottish fruit cake, and the liqueur was made in collaboration with local bakers Goodfellow & Steven and Clarks. Flavours of vanilla, caramel and cake-y citrus are all bottled up, working as well over desserts as it does in cocktails.
