50cl / 40.30% - Here we have Berkshire Botanical Gin, distilled in a pot still (named Harry) in the heart of the 9,000 acre Yattendon Estate in Berkshire. Among the traditional botanicals are sweet orange peel, pink grapefruit, and Norway spruce, so it's a fruity, forest-y affair. Garnish this one in a G&T with a ribbon of orange peel to bring out the citrus notes.
