Edradour 19 Year Old 1999 (casks 814 & 815) - Bordeaux Cask Finish Single Malt Whisky
70cl / 56.20% - A rather well-aged Edradour single malt, distilled back in October 1999. It saw just shy of two decades of ageing, including a finishing period in a pair of Bordeaux wine hogsheads, imparting lots of red fruit and dark chocolate richness to the spirit. Eventually, in July 2019 the Highlander was bottled at 19 years old, with an outturn of 589 bottles at 56.2% ABV.This bottle was part of a private collection and may show signs of wear if of a certain vintage - if you'd like more detailed photos just get in touch.
