Ben Eideann Fionain Single Malt Whisky
70cl / 40.00% - The folks over at Ben Eideann have taken their kosher single malt and matured it in American oak bourbon casks before finishing the Highlander in Cabernet Sauvignon red wine casks, sourced from vineyards in the Jerusalem mountains. The finish imparts some wonderful tannic, juicy red fruit notes to the whisky, making it a rather lovely evening sipper.
