Its inspiration comes from the British countryside that surrounds the distillery, with the star botanicals including oak bark, blackberry leaves, meadowsweet, nettle, hawthorn berries and lime leaf. Yep, it turns out the Lancashire countryside actually does have a native lime leaf that has grown there since the Ice Age. The result is a fragrant, floral and leafy gin that does very well when garnished with a handful of blackberries.
