Amazzoni Gin
70cl / 42.00% - Amazzoni Gin is produced over in the Cachoeira Farm, said to be the first dedicated gin distillery in Brazil. Five Amazonian botanicals, cocoa, Brazilian chestnut, maxixe (a vegetable similar to a cucumber), water lily and cipo cravo (a native flower, similar to clove), shine alongside six more traditional gin botanicals, including pink pepper, bay leaf and mandarin. The botanicals are macerated in a Brazilian-made pot still before it's blended with Amazonian water and bottled up.
