70cl / 59.70% - This well-sherried Glenallachie was distilled back in 2007, and placed straight into a single refill Pedro Ximenez sherry cask. Over a decade later, Adelphi cracked open the cask and bottled the single malt at 12 years old, yielding 621 bottles at cask strength, 59.7% ABV.
