70cl / 44.30% - Signatory has got its mitts on some excellent whisky from the Dalmore Distillery. This is a 28 year old Dalmore single malt, distilled in March 1992 and set aside to age in a single bourbon barrel. After a lengthy slumber, that cask was cracked open in June 2020, and bottled up for the Cask Strength Collection. 236 bottles were produced.
