Introducing Ion Whiskey Cask Spiced Rum, made from scratch at Ion's distillery using blackstrap molasses along with a selection of botanicals including citrus, cassia, ginger and kola nut. It's allowed to rest in whiskey casks before being bottled up, imparting warming oak and more rich toffee notes.
