50cl / 49.10% - An 11 year old single grain Scotch whisky from the Invergordon Distillery here, which has been independently bottled up for the Darkness range after enjoying a finishing period in a specially-coopered Pedro Ximenez sherry octave cask. This little cask allows for greater surface area to volume ratio between the wood and the whisky, and imparts a hefty helping of of sherried brilliance to the spirit.
