70cl / 51.50% - A well-aged Speysider here from Inchgower, independently bottled by Douglas Laing. Distilled back in 1995, the single malt spent the next quarter of a century in a single sherry butt. Eventually, it was bottled at 25 years old for the Old Particular series, with an outturn of 242 bottles at 51.5% ABV.
