The Original Ten was matured in a trio of casks - bourbon barrels, sherry casks and virgin oak casks - imparted a bounty of honeyed fruit and softly toasted oak notes, alongside just a hint of smoke (if you're looking for something a little more peaty, you'll want to check out The Smoky Ten, too.).
