It's made using a custom-developed blend of Caribbean rums, offering up a rich flavour profile with ripe fruit, brown sugar and even a fruity estery hints thrown in for good measure. Approachable, yet rewarding and generally ace. Should do just as well sipped neat as it will in all kinds of classic cocktails.
