70cl / 56.40% - A marvellous single malt from Islay's Kilchoman Distillery, which first matured in an ex-bourbon barrel before being moved over to be finished in an ex-red wine cask. This one is part of the Founders Cask Release, and as such, it was picked by a member of the Wills family - this time, it was Peter Wills. Just 241 bottles were produced.
