W.D. OConnell 12 Year Old 2008 (cask 100007985) - Sherry Series Single Malt Whiskey
70cl / 59.20% - Sherried Irish single malt, ahoy. This one is from the W.D. O'Connell range, distilled at Bushmills in December 2008. It then rested exclusively in a second-fill European oak Oloroso sherry butt for 12 years. Just 350 bottles were produced of the nutty, dry whiskey. We can see this being delightful on cooler evenings.
