70cl / 52.00% - A rare bottling of whisky from the Caledonian Distillery - a wonderful sight. This single grain Scotch whisky was distilled in 1987 (the distillery would be closed a year later in 1988) and matured in a single hogshead cask for 32 years. Eventually, Signatory came along and bottled it up in March 2020 for the Cask Strength Collection, with only 204 bottles produced.
