70cl / 53.50% - A particularly fruit-forward single malt from the Craigellachie Distillery, which has been independently bottled by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. as part of The Cooper's Choice series. It was initially aged in American oak, before being moved over to a ruby Port cask for a finishing period, then bottled at 54% ABV. It was bestowed the name "Winter Fruits", as a hint towards its flavour profile. 336 bottles were produced.
