Caparzo La Casa Brunello di Montalcino 2016 Red Wine
75cl / 14.00% - Caparzo is one of the old names in Brunello, founded in 1970 and was one of the region's founding 13 estates. It's resolutely traditional, ageing wines in large oak botti so you don't get much oak flavour. You're in for a particular treat with this wine, as 2016 was a cracking vintage in Tuscany. It's a long term sort of wine, so we'd recommend decanting to open it up and serving with red meat or similar.
