Secret Orkney 15 Year Old 2005 (cask 121) - The Cooper's Choice (The V Single Malt Whisky
70cl / 56.00% - A rather secretive single malt here from The Vintage Malt Whisky Co.'s Cooper's Choice indie bottling range. While we don't know which distillery produced it, we do know it was distilled on Orkney back in December 2005, and matured in a single bourbon cask for 15 years. In 2021, it was bottled at cask strength, with a nice round number of bottles produced - 360 of them.
