Laplandia Aureus Cloudberry Flavoured Vodka
70cl / 40.00% - Laplandia, based in Lapland, has used cloudberries for this vodka, which is pretty unusual. One of the Northern Hemisphere's native berries, the cloudberry is related to blackberries and raspberries, but tends to have a more bitter flavour, so is often consumed with a sprinkle of sugar. This vodka certainly captures the essence of forest berries and would be a fantastic base for some fruity dark cocktails.
