70cl / 49.20% - Excellent indie single grain here from the North British Distillery, independently bottled by Signatory for the brill Cask Strength Collection. This one was aged in a refill sherry butt for 29 years, from September 1991 to November 2020, and then bottled up with an outturn of 381 bottles. Well-aged grain is great. Sherried grain is great. This just so happens to be both.
